Trainer

The trainer is expected to have the knowledge and ability to conduct training in the following:

- Critical Thinking;
- Cooperative/Collaborative Learning;
- Writing Rubrics;
- ICT in Teaching and Administration;
- Problem-based Learning, Authentic Assessment on Project Work,   Portfolios etc;
- Use of Non-traditional Teaching Strategies in the Classroom.

The Trainer should also be able to use innovative strategies and post-training evaluation to ensure that the training programme structure has been well planned and executed as required in the key performance indicators.

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree and recognized teaching qualifications.

Has the ability to teach adults and must be able to work in the Middle-East and North Africa.

A good knowledge of the Islamic culture and the Arabic Language would be an added advantage.

     
Consultant To develop training materials and to provide consultancy services in education.  

Experienced School leaders.
Knowledge of Education Policy is an advantage.

     
Teacher Assistant (TA) Assisting teachers in classroom management, record keeping, documentation, field trips and co-curricular programmes;
Coaching students; Providing learning support.
Minimum 3 "O" levels, with credit in English
     
Co-Curricular Programme Executive (CCPE) Supporting teachers in the planning and co-ordination of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and Community Involvement Programmes (CIP) Co-ordinating, organizing and procuring services for programmes and working with the school stake-holders and the community
Diploma from local polytechnic,

GCE "A" Level with 5-year relevant experience in event management     
     
Administrative Executive To assist the school principal and Administration Manager in the areas of finance, personnel, estate management and general administration to ensure the smooth operation of the school. Local Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline 
     
Operations Manager To assist in maintaining general discipline in the school by assisting the disciplinary master or mistress in planning, implementing and enforcing the disciplinary policy of the school. Besides reviewing and maintaining the security of the school, you will also maintain and analyse disciplinary records and data of pupils. You will also assist in matters related to school estate management and provide logistic support for school activities, excursions and functions. Local Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.                        

Candidates should possess prior experience in logistics, estate management, safety/emergency planning and discipline. 
     
Corporate Support Officer To provide administrative support for the smooth and effective operations of the schools. The administrative duties will generallly include the preparation and verification of documents; maintaining and updating of records; compilation of statistics; filing and typing; drafting of correspondences; handling call and enquiries; finance and personnel administration. GCE ‘N’ Level with 3 or more passes including P3 or better in English and Mathematics/ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5; or

GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 or more passes including English or Mathematics/ ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations); or
Full GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate; or

Certificate in Office Skills/Nitec in Office Skills or Higher Nitec in Accounting
     
Operations Support Officer To perform simple administrative and office work such as
operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials;
assisting in the preparation of apparatus, equipment and reagents for  laboratory lessons; maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace  and any other duties assigned by supervisor 
Completed at least Primary School Education 
     
Receptionist To handle phone and walk-in enquiries; provide support for administration matters. Completed at least Secondary 2 Education 
     
Librarian To perform cataloguing duties; assist in procurement of reading materials and to provide support in general administration of library. GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 or more passes including English.

Librarian experience an added advantage
     
ICT Executive To assist the school principal and HOD/IT in introducing new ICT solutions. Providing IT/Technical support for hardware and softwares; video, audio production & edition; Webpage maintenance; assisting school in IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrading.  Degree or Diploma in IT/equivalent
     
Estate Management Officer To conduct building inspection and liaising with contractors for repair and maintenance works; assist in analysing quotations, technical drawings, filing of contract documents.You will be expected to conduct on-site supervision of building works and site meetings etc

GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 or more passes including English;

Diploma in Building Maintenance
