Withdrawal, Substitution and Refund Policies
Registrants who wish to withdraw from a workshop are required to send their request to our workshop administrators.
- 100% refund for cancellations received more than 7 working days before commencement of a workshop.
- 50% refund for cancellations received between 3 to 7 working days before the commencement of a workshop.
- No refunds for cancellations received less than 3 working days before the commencement of a workshop.
- No refunds will be given for "No Show".
Registrants who wish to withdraw from a workshop and reschedule their participation are required to send their request to our workshop administrators.
- One workshop date reschedule is permitted if request is made more than 7 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop and as long as registrant attends the next scheduled workshop within a 6-month period. In the event that there is a fee difference, registrant will have to make up the difference but no refund will be given if the fees are lower.
Registrants can nominate replacements to attend a workshop at any given time. Please inform our workshop administrators and have the substitutes bring along your confirmation email as proof at the workshop registration desk.
Any deviations from the stated policies would be at the discretion of Educare and on a case-by-case basis.
