PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS INFORMATION
General Information & Workshop Fees
  • All listed workshops are conducted on weekdays.
  • Half-day workshops are conducted from 2.30pm to 5.30pm while 1-day and 2 days workshops are conducted from 9am to 5pm unless stated otherwise.

Registration Procedures
  • Please download the Workshop Registration Form and email or fax the completed form to our office (PDF format to programmes@educare.sg or facsimile: 6297 7386).
  • For enquiries, kindly contact our workshop administrators as follow

  • Closing date for registration is 7 working days prior to the scheduled commencement date unless stated otherwise. Registrations received after the closing date would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
  • All applications have to be endorsed or approved by the Principal, Vice-Principal or designated Approving Officer of the School or Institution. For electronic submission via email, a copy has to be sent to the Principal, Vice-Principal or designated Approving Officer of the School or Institution.
  • Registration of self-funded participants would be deemed complete upon full payment of the workshop fees before commencement of the workshop. For registrants who are funded by your respective School or Institution, we will bill your School or Institution after the workshop.
Withdrawal, Substitution and Refund Policies

Registrants who wish to withdraw from a workshop are required to send their request to our workshop administrators.
  • 100% refund for cancellations received more than 7 working days before commencement of a workshop.
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between 3 to 7 working days before the commencement of a workshop.
  • No refunds for cancellations received less than 3 working days before the commencement of a workshop.
  • No refunds will be given for "No Show".
Registrants who wish to withdraw from a workshop and reschedule their participation are required to send their request to our workshop administrators.
  • One workshop date reschedule is permitted if request is made more than 7 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop and as long as registrant attends the next scheduled workshop within a 6-month period. In the event that there is a fee difference, registrant will have to make up the difference but no refund will be given if the fees are lower.
Registrants can nominate replacements to attend a workshop at any given time. Please inform our workshop administrators and have the substitutes bring along your confirmation email as proof at the workshop registration desk.

Any deviations from the stated policies would be at the discretion of Educare and on a case-by-case basis.
Postponement / Cancellation of Workshop

Educare Co-operative Limited reserves the right to postpone/cancel any workshops or change trainers/facilitators due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be given.
