    Mario A. Del Castillo, PhD.

    Dr. Mario del Castillo is Senior Consultant of the Institute of Training and Development based in Kuala Lumpur. He is a Past President of Asian Regional Training and Development Organization (ARTDO) and Past President of Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD). While hewas president of ARTDO, Mario was instrumental in establishing the consortium that developed theDiploma in Human Resource Development offered jointly by ARTDO and the Ateneo de Manila Human Resource Centre, Department of Psychology. He was one of the original faculty members ofthis course which has trained hundreds of trainers throughout the region.

    Dr. Mario brings with him 28 years of working experience in the arena of Management, Leadership,Training and Human Resource Development. Over the years, he has successfully trained thousands of participants in programs related to the development of soft skills, cross culture, management, performance, change management and his participants range from junior to senior managers. He
    has consulted for both local as well as multinational organizations in the areas of performance consulting and HR Development and Management. He is also a course designer for the Certified Training Professional offered by ITD and has developed the ARTDO-ITD Competencies for a professional trainer. He has been recognized as a leader in HR world and has played an important role in contributing towards the development and growth of HR in this part of the world.

    Dr. del Castillo is a trainer, presenter, and consultant to many of Asia's most established and recognized organizations. He is an accredited trainer and qualified to conduct the DDI Interaction Management Program, Service Plus Program, Targeted Management Program, Resources Management Program, the Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making Program and The Louis Allen Management Program, USA. Mario has trained and presented in several countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Bahrain, Australia, Micronesia, Philippines and Malaysia for many of the region’s most recognized companies and organizations.

    He received his degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management and his Masters in Business Administration as well as post-graduate studies in education from the Ateneo de Manila University. His PhD in Organizational Development is from the South East Asian Interdisciplinary Institute, Manila. He has made numerous presentations at international HR conferences and his papers were published by the conference organizers in Australia, New Delhi, Taipei, Bahrain, Thailand, Kuching, Penang, Jakarta, and Manila. Presently, he also lectures in Strategic Planning and Organizational Behavior at the Masters level. He is also the Executive Director of Performance Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., the Malaysian affiliate of PMS Asia.

  • Normal rate: Registrations with Payment after 20 November’09 SGD 7,000 per pax
