The Royal Education Council, Bhutan
The Royal Education Council was established through a Royal Command, as an autonomous organization tasked with initiating and implementing reforms in Bhutan's education sector. The overall aim is to promote excellence in education through "high student learning and achievement for all." The platform for education reform is based on empirical research, field visits, meetings with relevant government and private sector professionals and organizations. In addition the Council also contacted education organizations abroad to collaborate and help understand the prevailing international best practices.

Yayasan Pendidikan Soroako (YPS) School, East Indonesia
Yayasan Pendidikan Soroako (YPS) school is a full school in East Indonesia offering Indonesian syllabi to its local natives from Kindergarten to High School. As more and more Canadian expatriates settle in Soroako, there was a rising need to upgrade the school. In January 2005, EIC was approached by Yayasan Pendidikan Soroako (YPS) school to improve the quality and standards of the school, including transforming its existing classes into National-Plus classes following the Singapore curriculum.
